Homeopathy: Materia Medica
Given below is a list of suggested remedies for various problems. For most problems, we recommend buying a small bottle of the mother tincture, and taking 2-3 drops in half a glass of water, 30 minutes before or after meals. If the problem disappears, there is no need for any more doses. If it improves but reappears, take another dose. If it keeps reappearing, take a dose of a stronger potency.

After giving one dose of each, following with a gap of 2 days and giving one dose of Baccillinum 200 is a safe recommendation to prevent cold for all ages.
For adults First day, use Ferrum Phos (10 tablets in 1/4 glass of water, every 2 hours) or Eupa Perf 30, in wet dose, every 2 hours. Aconite is another option. You should never attempt to dry the running nose during the inflamatory stage. On the second day, give the 3 remedies mentioned above.
