Rauwolfia Serpentina'Q'-It contains number of alkaloids which have hypotensive and clinically favourable depressent effect on sympathetic nervous system making it an useful medicine for- High blood pressure without marked atheromatous changes in the vessels.Temporary rise,and then fall ,in arterial tension.palpitation and irregularity of the heart when lying down,ameliorated by standing and walking.Congestive headache ,with arterial palpitations in the temples and forehead.Also used to treat insomnia.More serious mental health problems such as psychosis.Dose-5 drops thrice a day.

Strophanthus Hispidus'Q'- Strophanthus is a muscle poison; it increases the contractile power of all striped muscles. Acts on the heart; increasing the systole and diminishes the rapidity. May be used with advantage to tone the heart, and run off dropsical accumulations. In small doses for weak heart; it feels enlarged. In mitral regurgitation, where edema and dropsy have supervened (Digit). Strophanthus occasions no gastric distress, has no cumulative effects, is a greater diuretic, and is safer for the aged, as it does not affect the vaso-motors. In pneumonia and in severe prostration from hemorrhage after operations and acute diseases. After the long use of stimulants; irritable heart of tobacco-smokers. Arterio- sclerosis; rigid arteries of aged. Restores tone to a brittle tissue, especially of the heart muscle and valves. Especially useful in failing compensation dependent upon fatty heart. Hives. Anemia with palpitation and breathlessness. Exophthalmia goitre. Corpulent persons.Dose-5to 10 drops three times a day
Vesicaria Communis ‘Q’- Properties: Demulcent, diuretic. Indications: A smarting, burning sensation in urethra and bladder. There may be frequent desire to urinate. Urine in some cases is only voided drop by drop. Often in these cases there is strangury associated with the condition. Use: In irritable condition of the bladder. Useful in acute or chronic cystitis. In nephralgia it has been used with success, relieving the pain produced by the passage of calculus. The tincture or the homeopathic mother tincture should be used in 3 to 15 drop doses 3 to 4 times a day. In cases where the pain is severe it should be given every 1/2 hour until easier then every 2 to 4 hours as the case demands. Where the pain is of a spasmodic nature gelsemium is a valuable adjunct to above. It is claimed to be a good remedy in gonorrhea if given in large doses, say 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoonful 3 to 5 times a day. Some authors recommend it highly in albuminuria. By its use the albumen in the urine will disappear. Even in actual Bright's disease it is of value. In diseases of the kidneys, bladder and prostrate we think of this remedy.
Thuja Occidentalis'Q' Properties: Anodyne, antiseptic, alterative, astringent, tonic. Use: Locally and internally it is of value in gangrenous ulcers, acute venous gangrene, senile gangrene, nasal polypus and scaly skin diseases, in which cases a 25 to 50% solution of the tincture may be used locally. As a hypodermic injection in hydrocele a 25 to 50% solution may be injected after the fluid has been drawn off. Then manipulate the scrotum so as to bring all the internal surface in touch with drug. In hernia and hemorrhoids a 25 to 50% solution may be injected. Having a special influence on epithelial cells, it is of some value in warts, epithelioma, condylomata and goitre, both locally and internally. Of value in incontinence of urine in children and old people, the result of atony and relaxed condition of the bladder and urinary apparatus. In enuresis caused by enlarged prostate gland. In spermatorrhea the result of masturbation or over-indulgence, especially if there is depression of the mind in these cases. May often be combined in these conditions with staphisagria, saw palmetto or avena sativa to great advantage. Bed sore or other sores which fail to heal on account of local nerve exhaustion are much benefited by the application of thuja; in these cases use a 25 to 50% solution of the, tincture. Dose, internally from 3 to 10 drops of the tincture 2 to 4 times a day. As it has a positive tonic effect on the muscular walls and mucous membranes of the bladder and urinary apparatus it is a good remedy where women cannot hold their urine on coughing or sneezing.
Hydrangea Arborescens 'Q'-A remedy for gravel, profuse deposit of white amorphous salts in urine. Calculus, renal colic, bloody urine. Acts on ureter. Pain in lumbar region. Dizziness. Oppression of chest.Burning in urethra and frequent desire. Urine hard to start. Heavy deposit of mucus.Sharp pain in loins, especially left. Great thirst, with abdominal symptoms and enlarged prostate. Gravelly deposits. Spasmodic stricture. Profuse deposit of white amorphous salts.
COMMON AILMENTS....................................................................... Mumps-Belladona 6 and Merc Iod 30 alternately twice a day.Dulcamra 30 has never failed to bring relief or cure a person who catch cold or develop fever when soaked in rains. I have advised the remedy to innumerable patients and also to my gardeners, working outdoors, during rains when they get drenched, even for the whole day but the single dose of the remedy never failed.
Migraine-Pulsatilla 6-one dose every 4 hours till relieved.Arsenic Sulph Flavum 3X-Twice a day & Acid Nitric 30-Twice a day-Keep at least one hour interval in both the medicines Baccilinum 200-one dose once a week-Do not give any other medicine on that day. Don’ts-Milk and salt together. Nonveg and milk ,milk with Vinegar ,tamarind, lime,musk melon,water melon, cucumber,black berry and such sour stuffs.Rice and vinegar.Yogurt and musk melon.jagggery and milk etc.

Mercurius Iodatus Ruber 3X-2 to 3 times daily-Works on left tonsil.Alright at day time but aggravates at night. Mercurius Iodatus Flavum 3x-Right sided remedy.Aggravates at night.
Calcarea Fluor 6X-When tonsils are hard like stone. Calcarea Phos 6X,Ferrum Phos 6X and & kali Mur 6X .The combination of these three medicines is available in the name Bio combination No.10 is very useful for tonsillitis.
Agraphis Nutans 30 & 3X are used when with tonsils Adenoids are also enlarged. Tuberculinum is given in old cases.Sulphur ,Calcarea Carb,Thuja ,Kali Mur .Baccilinum and Hepar sulph are other medicines which are also useful as per the symptoms.

Variolinum 200-one dose once a day for a week can protect from chickenpox. Or Kali Mur 30X-4 tabs to adults and 2 tabs to children is also antidote to chickenpox. Morbilinum 200-one dose once can save children from measles when the disease is spreading around.
Euphrasia200-twice a day for 3 days and after 24 hours gap one dose can save from conjunctivitis which normally spreads after rainy season.

Podophyllum: This remedy is sometimes indicated in liver and gallbladder problems when soreness is felt in the upper right part of the abdomen along with a feeling of weakness, sinking, or emptiness. Heat may also be felt in the area. Constipation with clay-colored stools that are dry and hard to pass may alternate with watery diarrhea.
Colocynthis: Cutting, cramping pains that make a person double over or want to lie down and put hard pressure on the abdomen may indicate a need for this remedy. Pain in the upper right abdomen, extending to the shoulder, may also be seen. A person needing this remedy may have aggravated physical symptoms after feeling angry or emotional, especially after suppressing those feelings.
Chelidonium Majus: This remedy is often indicated when pain extends to the back, right shoulder, and shoulder-blade. The abdomen is distended, with a constricting feeling as if a string were pulled across it. Pain is worse from motion, and lying on the left with the legs drawn up may help. The person may feel nauseous, especially after eating fat or drinking something cold (warm drinks stay down more easily). The person may feel tired, worse from being cold, and worse in the early morning.
Lycopodium: This remedy is often indicated for people who have chronic digestive problems with abdominal bloating, flatulence, and discomfort. Problems are worse from eating, and the pains may extend from the right side to the left. A person who needs this remedy typically craves sweets, prefers warm drinks, and may feel worse in the late afternoon and evening.
Berberis vulgaris: This remedy may be indicated when stitching pains extend from the gallbladder region to the stomach and sometimes to the shoulder. Sharp twinges radiating outward can be felt in the groin and pelvic bones and may seem to come from the lower back. Pain can be worse when the person is standing up, and from changing position. The person may be constipated and have a tendency toward gout or joint pains. Rapidly changing states (sudden thirst, then thirstlessness; hunger, then a loss of appetite) can point to this remedy.
Calcarea carbonica: When a person needing this remedy has gallbladder problems, the abdomen may feel swollen on the right and be very sensitive to pressure, with cutting pains that extend to the chest and are worse from stooping, The person feels worse from standing, worse from exertion, and better from lying on the painful side. Calcarea carbonica is often indicated for people who tire easily, feel cold and sluggish with clammy hands and feet, crave sweets, and tend to feel anxious and overwhelmed when ill.
